    Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
    • Please respect the noise curfew. No loud music please.
    • Please turn off the AC and other electronics when you go out.
    • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. These are the autolock doors please don’t forget to take the keys along with you before leaving the apartment.
    • Please respect check-in and check-out times
    Check-in after 1pm, Check-out before 11am.
    Late check-out will cost you penalty of 500inr per hour.
    • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
    • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
    • Please do your dishes.(as this is home stay you have to do your dishes by yourself else you have to pay 200inr for cleaning your dishes by our staff)
    • Please take the trash out before you leave.
    • No illegal substances allowed on the premises..
